One of the main reasons for this is our insufficient ability of self-leadership. Instead of bringing about change from the inside out, we fixate on external circumstances and hope that this will change something inside us.
No matter what we do, without understanding the workings of our own minds through introspection, we will feel stuck, insecure, and unfulfilled.

Mind: Top-Down
Based on the latest findings from cognitive behavioral therapy and neuroscience, we work at a rational level to initiate change from the top down. However, while this approach is important, it is not sufficient on its own. There is a risk that we may know and understand what is holding us back, but still not achieve the desired transformation.
Body: Bottom-Up
With the help of Buddhist psychology and its mindfulness practice, we complement rational understanding and make change truly felt and experienced.

Coaching or introspective work can be useful in many different situations. Generally, it involves dealing with one's own thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns that hold one back or limit one. Here are some situations where this can be particularly helpful:
Overall, introspective work makes sense whenever you feel you are stuck in a particular life situation or want to better understand and develop yourself. The work can help you sort out your thoughts and feelings, develop new perspectives, and change behavioral patterns that are getting in the way, allowing you to evolve in the way that feels right for you.
"I can describe and understand everything that is wrong with me, but it hasn't really changed anything." Unfortunately, we hear this sentence far too often from people who have already tried coaching and reach out to us.
This is because most coaching approaches focus primarily on the cognitive or intellectual level. Often the challenges and problems are understood, but change is hardly palpable. In the Conscious Leadership Club, we therefore focus on the emotional and nervous system aspects in addition to the intellectual level. Skills are taught to deal with oneself in a friendly way and to build a caring relationship with oneself.
On the emotional level, the focus is on promoting emotional fluidity to embrace all emotions and find freedom in emotional experiences rather than avoiding them and getting stuck in them.
At the nervous system level, the work aims to help participants feel safe and loved.
On a cognitive level, you gain clarity, focus as well as feel empowered and ready to tackle whatever lies ahead of you
